Job Description:
- Prepares and implement gender and development policy
- Plans and create awareness for gender equality and programs to community
- Monitor and reports related to gender and development issues
- Organized trainings for information to project affected areas
- Represent the company during information, education and communication campaign, press releases, meetings, and official presentations to the local and national institutional and government bodies.
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or any related course
- Knowledge in the guidelines and execution of RA 7192, Section 36 of RA 9710, EO 273, and PCW-NEDA- DBM Joint Circular No. 2012-01
- At least 3 years experience
- Relevant training along Basic Gender Sensitivity
- Exposure to Women’s and gender issues
- With good communication skills both written and oral
- With good Public Speaking Skills
