Information, Education and Communication (IEC)

The Project Management with the contractor had successfully conducted its 2021 1st Semi-Annual Information, Education and Communication Campaign for the hosts municipalities of Malolos, Guiguinto and Balagtas. The IEC Forum was held through a virtual conference attended by LGU key personnel such as the honorable Mayors and their members, representative of the provincial governor of Bulacan, NGO leaders and stakeholders/ community leaders of each municipalities and DOTr’s Asec. Fidel Igmedio T. Cruz Jr. (BGen., Ret.). The IEC provided information of the project progress and discussed matters arising and concerns impacting the host communities.
